 Compass Point Leadership LLC mission is to empower physical  therapist assistants to lead, teach, and advance their careers by providing top-notch leadership and mentorship. Our holistic approach focuses on enhancing critical skills and transferrable knowledge for leadership roles.  Our goal is to serve Physical Therapist Assistants, PTA faculty, and Clinical Leaders looking for a unique, supported, individualized program and help bridge the gaps related to clinical and educational leadership and take their careers to a new level!
